OPINION

Introduction.
Pending before the Court are two related matters, both of which arise in turn from yet a third matter, which although resolved, must itself be reviewed in some detail given its bearing on the instant issues. The first matter is the request of Gilbert B. Abram-son, Esquire (“Abramson”) for approval of an Application entitled Application of Special Counsel for Debtor for Allowance of Compensation in Accordance with this Court’s Order of May 10, 1996.
