Appellant was convicted, following a non-jury trial on September 6, 1978, of an attempt with intent to kill, 1 wantonly pointing a firearm, 2 and a violation of the Uniform Firearms Act. 3 In this appeal, appellant contends that the evidence presented by the Commonwealth was insufficient to convict appellant of an attempt with intent to kill; specifically, appellant alleges that the Commonwealth did not demonstrate the necessary intent to commit murder.
