CRIST, Judge.

Movant appeals from the dismissal, without an evidentiary hearing, of his 27.26 motion. We affirm.

On January 11, 1985, movant was sentenced to a fifteen-year term for a jury conviction of receiving stolen property. This sentence was to run consecutively with a fifteen-year sentence for a parole violation. On February 13, 1985, movant pled guilty to second degree burglary and stealing over $150.00 and waived his right to appeal the earlier conviction as part of a plea bargain. In return, movant was sentenced to two seven-year terms to run concurrently with the thirty years…
