MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

This cause is before the court on the motion of cross-plaintiff GCS, Inc. to remand pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1447. Cross-defendant DirecTV has responded in opposition to the motion and the court, having considered the memoranda of authorities submitted by the parties, con-eludes that the motion is not well taken and should be denied.
