Mrs. Zanoni is the daughter of Helen Benny who died in August of 1989. Two properties were owned by Ms. Benny at the time of her death. One located in Wethersfield where Mrs. Zanoni has lived and still does so and the other in Old Lyme which can be called the Brightwater cottage.
