THIS CAUSE has come before the Court upon Plaintiff’s Motion for Class Action Determination Under the Second Amended Complaint. Plaintiff Paul Indianer has moved this Court for nationwide class certification under Rule 23 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
