This suit was commenced in a justice of the peace court in the city of Tulsa by Mrs. J. B. Woods to recover from the Security Life Insurance Company $242.50' on a life insurance policy issued by the Security Life Insurance Association. On issues joined, by general denial, judgment was for plaintiff, and defendant appealed to the district court of Tulsa county. and the case was transferred to the court of common pleas.
