AMENDED MEMORANDUM OPINION
RONALD BARLIANT, Bankruptcy Judge.
The Chapter 7 Trustee moved to abandon assets of the estate consisting of the Debt- or’s files. The files have value because they contain information about various religious organizations. The files are also a burden because they also contain the names of individuals who have threatened to sue the Trastee if those names are disclosed.
