Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Monroe County (Thomas W. Polito, Ref.), entered September 2, 2015 in a proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 6. The order, among other things, directed that petitioner’s visitation with his children be supervised.
It is hereby ordered that the order so appealed from is unanimously modified on the law by striking the provision requiring petitioner to complete a parenting class as a prerequisite for modification of visitation and substituting therefor a provision directing that petitioner comply with that condition as a component of supervised…
