Defendant Streicher was charged, via accusation, with operating a motor vehicle with no insurance, no proof of insurance, driving with a suspended license, possession of less than one ounce of marijuana, and permitting the unlawful operation of a vehicle. Defendant Pippin was charged, via accusation, with driving with a suspended license, no proof of insurance, and possession of less than one ounce of marijuana.
