SPEER, District Judge.
This proceeding originated in an action in the city court of Savannah by J. A. Larsen et al., plaintiffs here, and owners of the ship Hercules. It was an action for damages for breach of a charter party of that vessel by the defendant, the S. P. Shotter Company. The defendant, while carrying on its business in the city of Savannah, in this district, is a corporation of the state of West Virginia, and caused the removal of the case to this court.
