This is an appeal from an order overruling a general demurrer or demurrers to plaintiff’s bill in chancery in the above-entitled suit filed in the circuit court of Ionia county. The learned circuit judge who heard and passed upon this demurrer in the first instance has painstakingly stated the material parts of the pleadings and reviewed the questions involved in a carefully considered and helpful opinion which, after examination of the record and authorities cited in briefs of counsel, we find sufficiently and clearly states the case and issues raised and reasons to right conclusions, except…
