This is a suit for the revendication of a lot. The action is based on the nullity of the proceeding for judicial authorization by virtue of which the real property referred to was sold while the plaintiff was a minor. As ground for his action, the plaintiff contends that her father, Victor Luis Lókpez, has always been a Cuban citizen who married plaintiff’s mother in the State of Connecticut; that subsequently they changed their residence to New York City where the plaintiff was born on June 4, 1917 and that the plaintiff’s mother…
