Appellant Horton contends that his conviction of possession of heroin should be reversed because the material identified as heroin in the evidence was unlawfully seized and because of insufficiency of the evidence to show his possession. We find no reversible error and affirm.

Appellant contends that the seizure of the heroin was unlawful and that it should have been excluded from evidence because it was discovered by the officers through a warrantless search made prior to appellant’s arrest. The testimony discloses, however, that the participating officers had…
