Appellant and “cross-appellee,” Tricon Tool & Supply, Inc. (“Tricon”), appeals the trial court’s judgment rendered on a jury verdict for quantum meruit in favor of appellee and “cross-appellant,” Bruce E. Thumann (“Thumann”). Thumann appeals the trial court’s granting of summary judg ment on part of his quantum meruit cause of action, in which he sought unpaid commissions for products shipped prior to the Texas Workforce Commission’s (“TWC”) “Wage Claim Date.” 1 We determine (1) whether the- evidence was legally and factually sufficient to support the jury’s quantum…
