COFFEY, Circuit Judge.

Defendants-Appellants Colin E. Getty and William T. Plain were charged in a three-count indictment with (1) conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute more than 500 grams of cocaine, (2) possession with intent to distribute more than 500 grams of cocaine, and (3) distribution of over 500 grams of cocaine, pursuant to 21 U.S.C. §§ 846 and 841(a)(1). Following a written plea agreement, defendants pleaded guilty to counts one and two of the indictment as amended to reflect a quantity of less than 500 grams of cocaine.
