MEMORANDUM OPINION
BERNARD MARKOVITZ, Bankruptcy Judge.
Presently before the Court are:
1. Plaintiff’s objection to Debtor’s exemption of a Note and Mortgage, which documents are physically located in Pennsylvania, securing a debt negotiated in and encumbering realty located in New Jersey. In the event the law of Pennsylvania is applicable, the exemption is proper; however, in the event the law of New Jersey is determinative, the exemption will be denied. For the reasons hereinafter set forth, Plaintiff’s objection to the Debtor’s exemption is sustained.
