This is an appeal from an order of the Circuit Court of Boone County granting the appellee’s motion to dismiss the appellants’ complaint for failure to state a cause of action. The complaint was filed by thirteen former employees of Venable and Billups Corporation seeking to recover wages, fringe benefits, and liquidated damages from the appellee, James T. Venable, individually, as an officer of the corporation.
