Defendant, Bank Western, appeals from the summary judgment entered in favor of plaintiff, Vectra Bank of Englewood (Vectra). We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand with directions.
The following material facts are undisputed. Omtwo separate occasions, Robert Gris-wold presented to Vectra tellers a notarized power of attorney together with several United States savings bonds.
