This is an appeal from an order of the Circuit Court of Jefferson County granting summary judgment for the defendant. We affirm.

After voluntarily terminating his employment with his former employer, Birmingham Trust National Bank, plaintiff applied to that bank for sums of money to which he was entitled from an Employee's Profit Sharing Plan of which plaintiff was a participant. Although his own contributions were returned to him, the bank refused to pay plaintiff that amount of money which the bank itself had contributed to plaintiff's account.
