In this accounting proceeding several issues have been raised by objections interposed by testator’s widow to the account of the executors.
The decedent, a resident of Westchester County, died on July 28,1951 at Barcelona, Spain, survived by his widow, an adopted infant son, two brothers and one sister. The objections to probate filed by the widow of the testator subsequently were withdrawn pursuant to an agreement of compromise which among other things provided that she renounce all rights and interests under the aforesaid will and that a sum of money equivalent to the value…
