Appellant was convicted in the court below for the crime of murder in the first degree, and sentenced to imprisonment for life, from which verdict and judgment he has appealed. Appellant has assigned as error the insufficiency of the evidence to sustain the verdict, errors of the trial court in its failure to quash the indictment returned by the grand jury and in the selection of the petit jury, and in its refusal to give instruction No. 2, requested by the appellant, and in permitting the clothing of the deceased to be exhibited to the jury.
