Pending before the court is a motion for attorneys’ fees and costs filed by plaintiff Twanya L. Brass (“Ms. Brass”) pursuant to the Equal Aceess to Justice Act, 28 U.S.C. § 2412(d) (“EAJA”). Ms. Brass seeks $88,289.79 in attorneys’ fees and $3,768.13 in litigation expenses.
