CASE SUMMARY

Appellants-plaintiffs Raymond Hark-rider, Betty M. Rogers, and June Nelson (collectively referred to as "Harkrider") appeal the probate court's order approving the final and supplemental reports and accounts filed by Lafayette National Bank (LNB), the personal representative of the estate of Pearl C. Posey (Pearl).

We dismiss 1 the appeal as untimely, award damages and remand for a determination of litigation costs.
