Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 (transferred to this *1308Court by order of the Supreme Court, entered in Albany County) to review a determination of respondent which found petitioner guilty of violating certain prison disciplinary rules.

During a visit with his wife, petitioner was observed on facility video taking an object out of his mouth and putting it in his pants, in a motion consistent with placing the object in his rectum.
