This is a Rule I case. Appellant, Delbert Treat, was convicted by a jury of the crime of assault with intent to rape on September 24, 1969, and sentenced to fifteen years imprisonment in the Arkansas Department of Correction. Following the jury verdict, appellant entered a plea of guilty to the crime of kidnapping and was sentenced to fifteen years imprisonment, the sentences to run concurrently.
