OPINION
{¶ 1} In the instant appeal, appellants, Eric and Sandra Phillips, appeal the judgment of the Geauga County Court of Common Pleas, granting summary judgment in favor of appellees, Harvard Mortgage Corporation ("Harvard Mortgage") and Magnet Mortgage, Inc. ("Magnet"), (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Harvard"). For the reasons that follow, we affirm the judgment of the lower court.
