LARIMER, District Judge.
INTRODUCTION
This is an action brought pursuant to 42 U.S.C. §§ 405(g) to review the final determination of the Commissioner of the Social Security Administration (“the Commissioner”) that Michael Stadler (“plaintiff”) is not disabled, and, therefore, is not entitled to benefits under the Social Security Act (“the Act”). Plaintiff applied for Supplemental Security Income benefits and disability insurance benefits on November 18 and December 16, 1999 respectively, alleging a disability onset date of July 20, 1998.
