The debtor, Irene Vizentinis (hereinafter, the “Debtor”), moves pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 522(f) to avoid a judicial lien as impairing her homestead exemption under New York Civil Practice Rules and Procedure (hereinafter, “CPLR”) Section 5206(a) and New York Debtor and Creditor Law (hereinafter, “DCL”) Section 282.
