National Life & Accident Insurance v. Blanton

On March 21, 1934, Della Blanton signed an application for a life insurance policy upon which, March 26, a policy was issued by appellant company. She died on May 8, 1934, the premiums due on said policy having all been regularly paid. Notice of death was given by appellee, the daughter -of Della Blanton and the beneficiary named in the policy.
