Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered July 18, 1975, convicting him of attempted possession of a weapon in the third degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence. The appeal also brings up for review an order of the same court, dated May 27, 1975, which denied defendant’s motion to suppress physical evidence. Judgment and order reversed, on the law and the facts, motion to suppress granted, and indictment dismissed.
