APPEAL from the Switzerland Circuit Court.

The appellant was indicted, tried, and convicted for grand larceny, in the Switzerland Circuit Court, at its March term, 1873, and, over motions for a new '«rial and in arrest oTjUdgment, was sentenced in accordance with the verdict. A motion to quash the indictment was also made and overruled. The motions were made at the proper time and in their proper order, and exceptions were also properly taken. A bill of exceptions was filed during the term of the court, setting out the evidence given on the trial.
