Appellee, complainant in the court below, filed her bill for partition to the May term, 1915, of the circuit court of Fulton county, claiming to be the owner of a one-sixth interest, as tenant in common with appellants, in a forty-acre tract of land, described as the northeast quarter of the southwest quarter of section 11, in township 5, north, range 3, east, in said county.
