hThe plaintiff, James Bergeron, appeals the trial court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of the defendant, Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, dismissing his claims against the insurer because its policy at issue did not provide underin-sured/uninsured motorist (UM) coverage for the vehicle involved in the accident sued upon. For the following reasons, we affirm.
