—In a juvenile delinquency proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 3, the appeal is from an order of disposition of the Family Court, Westchester County (Bellantoni, J.), entered April 16, 1992, which, upon a fact-finding order of the same court, entered March 6, 1992, finding that the appellant committed acts which, if committed by an adult, would have constituted the crimes of assault in the third degree and unlawful possession of a weapon by a person under the age of 16, adjudicated the appellant a juvenile delinquent and placed him on probation for one year.
