This proceeding was commenced in this court by the filing of a verified petition on August 3, 1990. The petition alleges that the infant, Bryan L. (date of birth: May 17, 1989) has been neglected by the respondents, A. M. L. and U. L., who are his parents. Both respondents were represented by counsel and entered denials to the allegations in the petition.
