CVS Pharmacy, Inc. ("CVS"), appeals the trial court's determination that Francis Smith was permanently and totally disabled as a result of an injury Smith sustained during the course of her employment with CVS. We dismiss the appeal as arising from a nonfinal judgment.
On April 15, 2003, Smith sued CVS seeking workers' compensation benefits. CVS answered Smith's complaint and denied liability.
