The plaintiff in this proceeding to foreclose pursuant to a mortgage of real property seeks to strike the third affirmative defense interposed by the answer of the mother and guardian of three infant defendants, on the grounds that the defense has no merit. The mortgagor is the father of the three infant defendants.
