SWEET, District Judge.

Defendants Rory D. Harris (“Harris”) and Frederick J. Rambeau, III (“Rambeau”) have moved pursuant to Fed.R. Civ.P. 12(b)(2) for an order dismissing the complaint for lack of personal jurisdiction and, in the alternative, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a) for an order transferring this case to the Eastern District of Louisiana. Plaintiff Frederick M.
