WILL, District Judge.
This case is here on appeal from the denial by the Appeals Council of the Social Security Administration of plaintiff’s request for review of the hearing examiner’s adverse decision. The appeal is taken under the provisions of 42 U.S.C.A. § 405(g) which vests the District Court with “ * * * power to enter, upon the pleadings and transcript of the record, a judgment affirming, modifying, or reversing the decision of the Secretary, with or without remanding the cause for a rehearing.” It also provides that “the findings of the Secretary as to any fact, if supported by…
