BRUCE ELLIOT MELTZER (“Debtor”) seeks in his Complaint, filed pursuant to this Court’s March 28, 1994 Order, to discharge his liability due to Beverly A. Mantovani (“Creditor”), whom he claims to have inadvertently omitted from his bankruptcy schedules.
