MEMORANDUM ORDER
BUA, District Judge.
After an arbitrator ordered the reinstatement of one of plaintiff’s former employees who had been discharged for violating a safety regulation, plaintiff brought this action pursuant to § 301(a) of the Labor Management Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. § 185(a). Plaintiff’s complaint asks the court to overturn the arbitrator’s decision for being violative of public policy. The parties agree on the material facts underlying this action, so they have filed cross motions for summary judgment pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 56(a). For the reasons stated herein, defendants’…
