The defendants1 appeal from the judgment rendered in favor of the plaintiff. The plaintiff has cross appealed claiming that the trial court improperly denied its request for costs and attorney’s fees.2
The plaintiff brought an action against the defendants for breach of a commercial lease, and the defendants filed a counterclaim.
