Appeal from Floyd Disimct Gourt. — ILon. J. F. Clyde,Judge. Action in equity to have set aside an order approving a guardian’s report, and requiring the guardian to pay to his-ward a specified sum of money. There was a hearing on the-merits, and a decree for the plaintiffs. The defendants-appeal.

*521 *50In March, 1878, the plaintiff A. B-Steiner married Mrs. Lenz. She was at that time the legal guardian of her children, Pauline Mary Lenz and Frank A. Lenz, y>ho were then minors. Soon after their marriage,Steiner, with his wife and the children, moved to Le Mars, where he has since made his home. Soon after going toLe Mars, he received from his wife seven hundred and fifty dollars which belonged to her wards, and used it in purchasing a business' interest in Le Mars.
