THOMAS, Justice.

Appeal from proceedings in the probate court "touching the lands of tenants in common one of whom is a minor.

The appeal to this court is prosecuted for the minor by his guardian ad litem appointed by the probate court under the provisions of T. 7, § 786, Code 1940.
