Plaintiffs Peter and Maria Janice appeal as of right from a lower court order grant ing summary disposition in favor of defendant Heritage Newspapers, doing business as News Herald. We affirm.

One day each week since December, 1978, defendant John Hondzinski would deliver newspapers for the weekly newspaper, News Herald.
