Northside Realty Associates, Inc. (hereinafter “Northside”) brought suit against appellant to recover a commission on a sale of real estate owned by appellant. Appellant answered and counterclaimed against appellee, and joined as defendants in counterclaim the real estate agent who procured the listing contract on behalf of Northside and the real estate agent who procured a buyer and was listed as the “selling agent.” This appeal is from the denial of appellant’s motion for summary judgment, the grant of summary judgment to the two individual defendants in counterclaim, and the…
