— In an action for judgment declaring the plaintiff to be the biological father of Michael James Bosquez, the plaintiff appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Orange County (Patsalos, J.), dated March 31, 1988, which, after a nonjury trial, dismissed the complaint.

Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs, and the matter is remitted to the Supreme Court, Orange County, for entry of an appropriate judgment in accordance herewith.
