Appellants, the widow and daughter of J. C. Musgrove, deceased, filed this bill for an accounting against appellee, L. B. Musgrove. In the early ’SO’s the Mus-groves, brothers, began business together in a partnership which seems never to have been limited or defined, except as limitation or definition may be inferred from the nature of the enterprises in which they engaged from time to time.
