Petitioner Sawsan Mousa Asad appeals the order of the Board of Immigration Appeals (“BIA”) affirming, without opinion, the order of the Immigration Judge (“U”) denying her petition for asylum and withholding of removal. Asad also claims that the BIA’s summary affirmance procedure is tantamount to a lack of meaningful review in violation of her right to due process under the Fifth Amendment.
